Cockabullies (Triplefins, yellow) was the most important prey. Slender sprat (red) also occurred and Blue warehou (pink, but not visible in pie chart). “Other” prey included Eagle ray, Whitebait, Sandpaper fish, Thornfish, Spotted stargazer and Weedfish. Non-fish prey was Krill, but it was not important.
Sprat (red), Tarakihi and Morwong (darker yellow), Cockabullies (Triplefins, bright yellow), Barracouta (grey) and Bluenose and Blue warehou (pink) were recorded. Anchovies (blue but not visible in the pie chart), Morey eels (brown), Lanternfish (green, not visible in the chart) were also present. “Other” prey (white) were Jellyfish, Club pygmy octopus, silverside, smelt, Ahuru, Hoki, Sea perch, and Leatherjacket.
